Spaghetti Dog Costume

My Collie Sophie is wearing a hand made costume, of a plate of spaghetti, created by me. Sophie loves to dress up for Halloween, her only rule is that nothing can go on her head. (So, that leaves me with the rest of her to costume.) I saw an industrial string mop, and it looked like spaghetti to me. I knew I had some large Styrofoam balls I could paint like meatballs, and my idea to turn my dog into a plate of spaghetti (Sophie Spaghetti) was born! I bought a piece of red felt, sewed straps to it so it would tie under her belly, hot glued the mop strings to it in a swirly pattern and added the painted meatballs, and you can see how happy she is to wear it. I think it cost me about $10.
