This homemade costume for groups entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'The Jolly Ranchers' costume creator:
Three of my friends are wearing the jolly rancher costumes. I made it from basic black et and black spats, from there I added a gazillion different feathers for the full cay fun color effect, I took the jolly rancher logo and added it to the vet. what and non stop fun!
