This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'The Little Mermaid' costume creator:
My daughter Carmela just turned 4 months old on October 30. She is obsessed with the little mermaid! I will sit her in front of the TV and she sings and oohs and ahhs. My mother sewed her costume together and we used fabric, pearls and wiring for the stroller!
