This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Witch' costume creator:
This is my daughters costume for her Halloween disco. It cost me £20 to make, and mainly consists of a lot of tulle.
We chose this idea after making an idea board and choosing what we liked.
