This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Cindy Lou Who and The Grinch' costume creator:
This costume was super easy to make. Basically found the cape, dress, santa costume, and green pants at goodwill. For the grinch, he just face painted his face and for Cindy lou who I just put a water bottle in my hair to make it stand straight up and got bendable wire for my hair to stick out. It was that easy!
Everyone loved it :)
