This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leeanne, the 'Grinch' costume creator:
The person wearing the costume is myself. I've always loved the grinch so I challeged myself to create it. It's homemade. Used pieces from my daughters old dance costume to make the fur around sweater to create his jacket,leggings I had to dye using water paint and I created the face with face paint & powder
