Twin Harry & Hermione Costume

My 7 month old twins are wearing their first Halloween costumes. I wanted to do a twin themed costume, and after a lot of thought I decided to go with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. My mother in law, mother, sister in law, and I all worked hard to create the costume. My mother in law sewed their capes and embroidered the Gryffindor patches on them. My mom bought bright orange hats from Hobby Lobby and re-did them by covering them in black fabric and adding Hedwig to my son's hat. My husband and I purchased them an owl and dragon stuffed animal to remember their first Halloween and to add props to their picture. They are wearing normal clothes underneath, but my mother in law made their Gryffindor scarves out of fabric, and my mother purchased the Harry Potter glasses and wig online. Overall, I'd say this costume is 80% DIY! I hope you like it.
