This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Wendy, the 'Little Mermaid' costume creator:
My 4 year old niece is wearing. She asked me if i could make her an awesome little mermaid costume. Her thing now is tutus and tiaras. So the tail is made of tulle and the top is made of shiny purple material.
