This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Deborah, the 'Raggedy Ann and Andy' costume creator:
My 21 month old twins Thomas and Marissa are wearing costumes made by hand by their Nana. She's made the dolls for many years, and since I had twins, I always thought it'd be perfect costumes for toddler twins! She sewed the costumes with fabric and yarn (for the wigs). They turned out perfectly! And they were made with love, by Nana!!
