Ursula the Sea Witch Costume

My Daughter Alyssa had a choir concert where all the kids were asked to dress up as Disney Characters. She decided on Ursula, with a little persuasion. I just took a black dress and cut it into 8 wavy tentacles up to the waist of the dress. I added a solid black crinoline underneath. We also spray painted a white crinoline purple and the was the bottom layer. I hot glue metallic purple circles all over and added purple sequence. We bought a necklace with a picture of Ursula on it. Added a couple grey hair extensions.
