This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dani, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
I've ALWAYS wanted to be Maleficent for Halloween. This year our family decided to be Disney villains & so I finally got to make myself a Maleficent gown. I just used a sewing pattern for a medieval dress & found an amazing dragon scale printed fabric to make it out of. I was very pleased with the final product. I bought the headpiece online. I love it. It's great being a bad guy this year.
