Minion Dave Costume

My eleven year old son wore the minion costume this year for Halloween! My boys have always loved minions so I googled homemade minion ideas and went from there. I uses two beach balls, poster board and paper mache! I paper mached over the beach balls and poster board to create the shell! I then painted and modge podged over the shell so it would create a water proof seal for weather conditions. I created the goggles out of poster board and hot glued them to the shell. I used a shear fabric to cover the eyes and mouth! I used pipe cleaners to create the hair! I also made pants and a shirt with black three fingered gloves to complete the costume!
