This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Pennywise the Dancing Clown' costume creator:
This is Pennywise the Dancing Clown from the movie IT 2017. My daughter Laura is wearing the costume. I made it custom for her. I had no pattern just started with basic shorts and shirt and started adding what i thought would work. To get the large forehead we used stuffing in her bald cap. Happy Halloweeen 2017!
