This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Min, the 'Russell from UP' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I got the idea after I watched the movie "UP". I made the costume by putting together a beige hat, a beige polo, khaki shorts, brown fabric for the sash, button pins (for the sash), a orange bandana (tied around neck), a mini flag pole with the american flag and an orange flag, balloons, and a backpack.
