This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittney, the 'Bullet Bill & Boo' costume creator:
My fiance Pete and I always try to think outside the box for our costumes. We have quite a group of people who look forward to them every year. So we thought, everyone does Mario and Luigi, why not do the things that kill them? "Bullet Bill" is made out of foam insulation and Boo is made out of 15 cans of Great Stuff Foam and a huge industrial balloon.
