This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kari, the '101 Dalmatians' costume creator:
Noah & mommy as dalmation puppy & cruella deville. Noah's costume is made from a white sleeper, with black spots glued on. The face is a white nb size hat with drawn on eyes & nose, black fabric ears. Mommy is cruella, with a regular black dress, white scraf, & red gloves from the closet. Wig was purchased for $4 on eBay.
