This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawnielle, the '11 from Stranger Things' costume creator:
I am 11 from the tv show Stranger Things. I found the dress and collar at the thrift store and used an old windbreaker I had. My mom sewed the dress to fit me. I put a drop of blood coming down my nose.
