This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sabrina, the '50's Sock Hop' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. This costume was all hand-made by my aunt. I used a black sharpie and colored the black parts on a pair of her white shoes. The sweater we borrowed from my cousin.
