This homemade costume for groups entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Priscilla, the 'A Garden of Gnomes' costume creator:
We wanted to do something very easy. We used red felt or red wrapping paper for the hats. Glued cotton to baby bibs for the beards and then used black and yellow felt for the belts.
