This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

LILO (Pitbull mix) is showing off her ABBY CADABBY costume! Not only did the dog wear this costume, my daughter wore it after Halloween at Sesame Street Live! I made the skirt with Tulle and a piece of elastic. Yarn for the wand and hair!
