Air Danzer Costume

I am the one wearing the costume, my name is Liz and I'm 18 years old, the idea came from the air dancer car commercial on TV. I thought it would be funny to make one of them as a costume. I used lime green fabric ( about 5 yards), i got two collapsible clothing hampers, I used black zippy ties to hold them together, and see through fabric. I pinned and sewed the green green fabric in a tube like form around the zippy tied hampers, then made a circle to see the top off, cut holes in the sides and made two longer but smaller tubes of fabric sewed them to the body and cut the ends in strips for a little extra effect. Then cut the mouth hole and sewed the black see through fabric for the mouth and to see through. Finally put the fabric over top the hampers and finally added giant stick on googly eyes. ( optional: paint part of bottom black for effect or wear long skirt underneath)Then have fun with the costume!! I love the costume I made and have had so much fun watching people's reactions.
