Amelia Earhart Costume

Layla Yates is wearing the costume. She is Amelia Earhart with her Lockheed Vega 5b. She’s been fascinated by airplanes for over a year so there was no better idea than to dress her up as the first woman to fly across the Atlantic. Plane made by Her dad from scratch mainly by wood and a lot of home made wood clay/putty. He estimates around 125$ but had things like scrap stainless steel for the propeller, the tires, and a the grill from an old fan, acrylic for the windshield sitting around his shop.
