Iridescent Jellyfish Costume

6yr old Bella is loving her iridescent jelly fish costume. This DIY costume is very inexpensive and easy to make. The only I 2 items I purchased are the clear dome umbrella ($7.50 on Amazon) and the light up wacky headband (@Michaels reg $15 on sale for $4) every thing else we had laying around the house. The tentacles are made from silver ribbon, strips of bubble wrap, a red poncho cut into strips, and pink spiral party decorations. There are also led lights that are in the top of the umbrella on the inside and also go around the bottom edge of the umbrella. Bella is dressed in all black with a rainbow tutu that we also added led lights to so it will light up.
