This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawnielle, the 'Anna from Frozen' costume creator:
I am wearing my Anna costume from frozen. I added a fluffy petticoat underneath the skirt for extra volume. I made the hairpiece that goes in the wig and modified the top to fit me better. I did my own makeup and, tada! I am Anna from Frozen!
