This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Madeline, the 'Anna' costume creator:
I got the skirt from goodwill, the turtleneck from my grandma and the tank top from my moms closet. I paint the design with fabric paint and used temporary hit dye to make the white strip.
