This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenny, the 'Annie' costume creator:
My kids for the last three years have dressed up as characters from popular movies. The last two years have been Mary Poppins and Wizard of Oz. When my 6 year old told me she wanted to dress up as Annie, I just KNEW I had to have her younger brother and sister in on it too. :)
