This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Ariel the not so Little Mermaid' costume creator:
I've always walked on stilts for Halloween, with my husband. My husband is currently deployed with the us Navy, so I had to come up with a costume idea that I could do by myself. This is what came to be after a lot of trial and error :)
