This costume is of Arnold the death knight from a mobile game called summoners war. i have been playing that game for a long time and wanted a cosplay from it. all the armor is eva foam and the weapon is a combo of eva and pvc. the skull and the flail light up with the use of leds. the skull was resin cast for rigidity.
