This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Arthur' costume creator:
This is my 3 year old son Oliver dressed up as the PBS cartoon character Arthur. Very simple costume to put together - had the jeans, collared shirt and red shoes already...only had to find a yellow sweater. Sewed the cap from nude colored fabric and hot glued felt ears to the top. Glued brown felt to children’s costume glasses to give them a more cartoon look.
