Ash vs Evil Dead Costume

This year we did the movie Evil Dead 2. My son is dressed up as Ash Williams and his Dad is dressed as the monster Evil Ed. Evil Dead is one of my favorite movies. I Love Bruce Campbell.I made the chainsaw hand myself from laundry soap bottles and a toy chainsaw and duct tape with paint. I made his leather straps out of belts and so made the monster's hands myself by repurposing old were wolf hands that we had. I also found the clothing for both characters at a thrift store.
I also made the Necronomican which is the book in the photos. It looks just like the one from the movie. I used an old book with clay and paint.
We had so much fun taking this pictures and I love how it tells a story.
