This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jerrry, the 'Attractive Nuisance' costume creator:
The city council was talking about a community swimming pool. I told them that the liabilty was intesnce since a pool is considered to be an ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE. There was a contruction zone near my house and they gave me some plastic fence so I created my ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE costume.
