This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 4 year old daughter jade.,I saw a similar tutu dress and decided i could make it. Im a photographer and knew i could take great shots of the outfit in downtown winter park.
I found a vintage pearl strand and i bought a broach from jcpennys. She wore my old pearl bracelets and we found the little heals in wall mart. I didnt let her have the ciggarett because Im a cancer survivor and thought its a bit much for my 4 year old.
