This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachelle, the 'AWACS and Air Battle Manager' costume creator:
We created the fuselage of the airplane using collapsible hampers covered in felt. The rotodome was made using Styrofoam pieces painted black and white. The wings are made from poster board.
The Air Battle Manager is dressed in a flight suit.
