A word from Bailee, the 'Baby B-mod Race Car Driver' costume creator:
This is my 17 month-old son, Collin. His costume was inspired by his grandpa's B-mod race car (picture attached). We used his wagon as the frame, and we used sheet metal from the body of an old race car, with brackets and bolts to attach it to the wagon. We gathered racing stickers from friends, and bought letter/number stickers to give it the "real" race car look. His candy bucket is a plastic bucket that says "Race Fuel". His suit is a long sleeve shirt and sweatpants, with checkered flag duct tape on the sleeves and down the pants. Mom and dad have matching homemade shirts that say "Collin's Pit Crew". Most of the items we already had, but for all the rest, we probably spent a total of $70-$80 for the nuts and bolts, letter/number stickers, and supplies to make his costume plus our shirts.
