This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shawna, the 'Baby Braveheart' costume creator:
My son Jude'so first Halloween. I think kids are extra cute when dressed as famous movie characters...and why not William Wallace? I made his kilt from anow old men's plaid shirt. His armour is made out of a laced leather belt cut in half and tied together. His Wallace wig is a brown sweater I unraveled and glued to an old baby hat. His shoes are old baby sandals I cut the toes off of. The sword is cardboard and tin foil. Everything was bought from the thrift store, washed, and repurposed.
