This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jordan, the 'Baby Cookie Monster' costume creator:
My 8month old daughter Gentry will be wearing the home made by me costume. The idea came from a friend, that had sent me a picture from Pinterest (id say it was a win). I used blue ribbon, blue tutu material to make the tutu. A blue shirt, and felt to make the face and cookies.
