This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Baby Gnome' costume creator:
This costume was made with fabric we had in hand so it cost us nothing. We didn't use a pattern, just measure her waiste and made a quick skirt and apron and everything else is made from felt.
