Baby Girl Mouse Caught in a Trap Costume

My daughter is wearing this costume . I saw something similar on Pinterest years ago and thought it was really cute so we decided to try it out with our little one . I wasn’t about to spend an arm and a leg on a costume so I ordered an outfit from walmart - ( fur like looks and material ) and can be worn again . My neighbor crocheted a mouse hat with a pink bow and we had mittens from my other daughter, and I made a tail out of materials from home . . We started out by measuring our wagon . My husband had leftover plywood so he cut it to fit over the wagon . Cut out a while to place over the wagon seat and big enough for our daughter to fit inside . ( same depth as her highchair ). He sanded down all of the edges . He put sides on and painted it with paint we had . We used insulated pipe foam covers for softness and comfort around the seat and used foam as part of the trap and small piece of plastic pipe . Electrical tape and red duck tape and a sponge for the cheese . Put it all together and it sits nicely on top of our wagon !
