Baby Grandma Costume

Penny, age 15 months is baby grandma! I was just searching online for baby costume ideas and I saw a few photos of little kids as old people so I went with it and made it my own, incorporating everything "old lady." I put cotton balls on a couple headbands I made for the hair and tied a bandana around her head. I popped the lenses out of some reading glasses for the glasses. I found the best old lady looking material at wal mart and sewed the skirt myself! I made the mini walker from PVC pipe, painted it, and completed it with wheels and tennis balls. Found the perfect shoes and nude colored socks to go with it. Although the sweater and shoes were not just for this costume, the total price including those was about $45 plus time!
She was the main attraction everywhere we went. Everyone loved it and had to snap a photo! I was so happy with the outcome!
