This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joni, the 'Baby Grandmother' costume creator:
My 15 month old daughter is dressed up as a grandmother with Estelle Getty (Sophia) from golden girls as an inspiration. I made the wig with cotton balls hot glued to a beanie. My husband made the walker from PVC pipe with materials from Lowe's.
