This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erica, the 'Baby Hulk Hogan' costume creator:
This is my almost 7 month old son, Dominic, dressed as Hulk Hogan for his first Halloween! I got a little carried away, and made sure he had a complete outfit included: fake hair that I had to cut, red bandana, red tights, yellow socks, a felt mustache glued to his pacifier, and even his yellow feather boa.
