This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Baby Ice Cream Cone' costume creator:
Robyn is four months old for her first Halloween and naturally, her crafty mom decided to make a costume from scratch. Felt, hot glue and a lot of patience with a wiggly little baby and this adorable little scoop of sugar was created.
