A word from Neisha, the 'Baby Kitty' costume creator:
Noelle is wearing a homemade kitty costume. I made the costume because I couldn’t find a small enough kitten outfit for her to wear. This is her first year in costume.
TuTu- 1 role of black tulle 6inch by 100yards and 1 kitten tail
Shirt- 1 black long sleeved onesie from carters. I sewed a bow on the neck.
Ears- I purchased a three piece set. Ears, tail, neck bow.
Black stockings
Boots are from Walmart
Face makeup from dollar tree
