This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Baby Owl' costume creator:
my baby girl. she is 1 and she is wearing an owl costume I paired it with some leg warmers, and a long sleeve shirt because it was cold and not much came with the costume so I had to add little things here, and there. I also used eyeliner for the face paint, kept it simple but very cute. The colors went together well. Everyone loved her!
