This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anthony, the 'Baby Owl' costume creator:
I maid my daughters owl costume from scratch, the feet and beak are flannelette and the main body is a fleece and fuex fur, and the hat is a stench u loose knit fabric. The with fleece eyes. She is always smiling and a beautifly adorable in it.
