This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jill, the 'Baby Parrot' costume creator:
Our daughter Tesla is wearing the baby parrot outfit I made for her. The idea was inspired by us having a pirate theme Halloween party. How-to make your own baby parrot: Hobby Lobby has great feathers, the baby onesie, diaper cover, leggings, socks and head band. I got the cute wiggly Parrot eyes from Walmart. It only took 20 minutes to hot glue the feathers and eyes on her garments. Happy Halloween!
