This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Irma, the 'Baby Phoenix' costume creator:
This is my just turned 1 year old Yvie. She had her name picked out when she was in-womb, but after losing our home in the wildfires last October, we added to her middle name. That’s where the inspiration came from. She’s a firecracker too! Outfit is homemade, with a feather boa, felt, and fleece.
