This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laura, the 'Baby Popcorn' costume creator:
Momma and baby are dressed as popcorn and concession stand attendant! This is a homemade costume, mom is wearing a store bought white collared shirt with red ribbon tie. Baby is wearing a homemade popcorn hat made from real popcorn, and a popcorn bag made with felt and glue. Baby is in a Moby wrap carrier. The out of pocket cost for this costume was approximately $5. :)
