This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cynthia, the 'Baby Raptors' costume creator:
Cousins Jason and Nico are almost three months apart, (Jason is 1 year and Nico 10 months). We had so many cute ideas for them but only Jason is walking, and Nico is still a crawler. This idea was the perfect solution to contain both mischievous little boys! My sister and I spent hours sleuthing through Home Depot for PVC piping, suitable shock fence material, and miscellaneous tools needed to finish our idea. Disclaimer, no dinosaurs were harmed during production)
