This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Baby Scuba Diver' costume creator:
Living on the beach we knew we wanted to do something water related for our sons first Halloween- therefore we chose a scuba diver! The DIY project was super easy to make. I spray painted a 1 liter bottle- attached it with grosgrain ribbon, and found a hose at Lowes that I taped to his binkie. Lastly, I made flippers out of felt. So cute!!
